KYAU CSE Student to Represent Bangladesh at WSDG 2026 World Final

The Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) at Khwaja Yunus Ali University (KYAU) has proudly announced that its student Junan Nahian Niloy will represent Bangladesh at the WSDG 2026 World Final in Malaysia, showcasing his innovative work in robotics on an international platform.
Junan will present MangoRO – A Human Companion Robot, an innovative project developed through his journey in robotics and recognized nationally for its creativity and technological potential. His international participation further highlights the growing capabilities of Bangladeshi students in robotics and technological innovation.
Junan is also a member of Team Obsidian Prime, a robotics team from Dreams of Bangladesh, which achieved the Gold Medal at the 8th World Invention Competition and Exhibition 2026 – Bangladesh National Round with their Bangladesh Multi-Purpose Rover.
His participation therefore represents two remarkable robotics projects, MangoRO and Obsidian Prime, at the global stage. The CSE Department congratulated Junan for his dedication, creativity, and passion for innovation.
Special appreciation was extended to Md. Hasibur Rahman, Lecturer, Department of CSE, for supervising the MangoRO project and supporting Junan throughout his journey.
