IQAC Initiates Digitalized Self-Assessment Survey Process for Accreditation

The Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Khwaja Yunus Ali University (KYAU) officially initiated a Self-Assessment Survey Process on 25 August 2026 with the participation of 71 teachers and stakeholders. The session was moderated by IQAC Director Professor Dr. Mostofa Mahmud Hasan and attended by Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Md. Asraf Ali, Controller of Examinations Professor Dr. Abu Torab Md. Hassan, Dean of Science and Engineering Prof. Dr. Mohammad Shahed Akond, Registrar Mr. Md. Mizanur Rahman, and teachers from various Departments.

Professor Dr. M. M. Hasan emphasized the importance of stakeholder feedback for assessing quality and identifying areas for improvement. He urged all concerned to provide objective responses and complete the survey on time. He also informed that the survey software, initially provided to three Departments, would be extended to all departments the following week.

Additional Director (QA), Mr. Md. Matiur Rahman, demonstrated the survey software and explained the survey process, guidelines, and response procedures, emphasizing accurate and unbiased feedback.

The Honorable Vice-Chancellor, Professor Dr. Md. Asraf Ali, appreciated the initiative and congratulated IQAC, noting its contribution to quality improvement, evidence-based decision-making, and accreditation preparedness.

At the conclusion, the Registrar directed IQAC to maintain a standardized PSAC workflow. The successful launch of the survey further strengthens KYAU’s commitment to quality, accountability, continuous improvement, and excellence.
