IQAC Reviews Accreditation Documentation Preparedness

The Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Khwaja Yunus Ali University organized a session titled “Review the Preparedness of Documentation for Accreditation” on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at 1:50 PM in the Conference Room. The session was conducted by Professor Dr. Mostofa Mahmud Hasan, Director, IQAC, and attended by the Honorable Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Md. Asraf Ali, Controller of Examinations Professor Abu Torab Md. Hassan, Registrar Mr. Md. Mizanur Rahman, and teachers from various departments.

The IQAC Director reviewed the progress of departmental accreditation documentation and urged all concerned to update information and complete pending tasks promptly, with the goal of submitting the documents to the concerned commission before the current semester final examination.

The session also featured a presentation by Mr. Md. Matiur Rahman, Additional Director (ETA), IQAC, on an Examination management software initiative designed to support the examination task force and facilitate teachers in academic activities, including question paper preparation. The initiative received positive appreciation from the participants.

The Controller of Examinations also shared important preparations for the upcoming Summer-2026 Semester Mid-Term Examination and appreciated IQAC’s initiative in developing the examination-support software.

In his concluding remarks, the Honorable Vice-Chancellor encouraged everyone to complete their respective responsibilities and update the required information for timely accreditation submission. He thanked all participants and formally concluded the session.

The session reaffirmed KYAU’s commitment to accreditation readiness, quality documentation, and technology-enabled academic excellence.
